Q: Why do we need a coordinator?
A: We ensure that your day is exactly that- YOUR day. You’ve planned an epic party to celebrate your love story and now it is your turn to relax and soak it all in. Let us communicate with vendors, create your timeline, manage your personal decor, be the problem solver, get you down the aisle, pass out favors, cue the music, bring you your food, make sure your sparkler exit goes off without a hitch- and more- so you can be present and celebrate with your loved ones.
Q: Do you work exclusively in Austin?
A: As much as we love the 512, we will go anywhere you’d like us to! We frequent San Antonio and central Texas, but are happy to travel. Please note that additional fees may apply.

Partial Planning (aka the Forever Wild- Platinum Package)

Everything in our Month-of package PLUS full access to our over $15,000+ worth of decor inventory (yes, you read that right!) and the following:
An in-depth planning kick-off meeting followed by delivery of a design dossier featuring your custom mood board, virtual mock-ups, top decor picks from our inventory, custom vendor suggestions based on your style/budget, and day-of experience/detail suggestions.
An optional (but highly recommended!) secondary design/planning meeting in-between our kick-off and timeline meeting (which takes place ~60 days out). This can be in person or virtual.
TL;DR: Coordination, any and all decor you please, plus 3 official meetings- a kick-off planning/design meeting, a middle of the planning journey meeting, and a details meeting to wrap it all up beautifully and finalize that timeline/layout!

Q: What is the difference between month-of and partial planning?
A: Forever Wild is our package for the couples who want it all- literally. It's for the couples who know how important aesthetics are to celebrating their love story. Our inventory has a look for everyone: the desert dreamers, whimsical wanderers, hopeless romantics, modern minimalists, and glamorous showstoppers.
Q: Does this package include decor?
A: Yes! It includes anything and everything from our inventory.

Q: Who is the full planning package best for?
A: Our full planning package is for couples who want the full Meek & Wild experience. You want your design and decor to be elevated and luxurious and to feel magical both before and after the big day- which is where we come in. In this package, we will work with you to build a mood board, select and manage your vendors leading up to the big day, curate rentals included from our extensive inventory, build your timeline, manage your vendors day-of- and are there to get you down the aisle.
Q: Do you offer any discounts?
A: If you went to UT, TXST, are in teaching, military, or healthcare, and/or are a veteran, we have a 5% discount for you!
